We regret to inform you that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, you will be provided alternatives under the following circumstances:
Damaged Product:
In the event that items are damaged during transit, we ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE PRODUCT BEFORE CONTACTING US. Please include your order number and a photo of your damaged package or goods and email us at info@sapphiredluxcandles.com and we will handle the matter promptly.
Missing Items:
If items are missing from your order, or if you received the wrong items please contact us immediately with your order number. Upon confirmation we will promptly ship the missing items at no additional charge.
